DomDocument_>create_attribute __ Create new attribute
Description

DomDocument_>create_attribute ( string name, string value)
This function returns a new instance of class
DomAttribute_ The name of the attribute is the
value of the first parameter_ The value of the attribute is the value of
the second parameter_ This node will not show up in the
document unless it is inserted with e_g_
domnode_append_child()_
The return value is FALSE if an error occured_
